Necessary Documents to Apply Online

1. Copy of a valid government issued photo id (e.g. driver’s license or passport)
2. One month’s worth of pay stubs

Instructions to Apply Online

1. Each Person who intends to occupy the unit and is 18 years or older must complete the application (one application per person)
2. $50.00 application fee is non-refundable
3. You must upload the required documents as part of your application to mark it complete

Approval Criteria

1. Gross Monthly Income is equal to or greater than 3 times rent (will combine for household)
2. No Clean criminal history (including Megan’s Law) beyond motor vehicle violations

1. Upon notification of approval, the apartment will be held for five (5) business days for all individuals to sign the lease (in person or online)
2. Security deposit due at time of lease signing (Equal to one month rent if credit score is greater than 650, else two months)

Expectations for Move-in

1. We will provide instructions for move-in including numbers to call for utilities
2. Review and agree upon the move-in condition of the apartment
3. Schedule a time for key pick-up (first month’s rent must be paid prior to key pick-up)
